Is there anything I need to know before purchasing one of these?

Can anybody purchase a .TM domain?

Wheres the cheapest place to purchase one?

What type of extension is it? ex. cctld,gtld? Not sure of this one so yeah..


Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.
