Estibot says reg fee. I think that's being kind. Better to grace delete this domain now than to get reamed by Bob Parsons year after year in wasted renewals. IMO.

It's funny because it's true. Not to mention all of the upselling that's involved with every order, every time. (Yes, I know that it's possible to bypass all of that, but outside of domainers, who actually sees that little section that lets you skip it all?)

Keeping this domain for 15 years, at GD's current rates with coupon, would cost you $105. And during that time, you know the central registry is going to raise rates, as they've done in the past. Since you're unlikely to get anywhere near $100 (you'd be lucky to sell it at reg fee), the best thing to do is just drop it as soon as possible.

I'd value it as low-mid $$$ now only to resellers. Or an end user for low $$$$

But I think that keeping it is the best option, because the domain name will have endless potential in an island full of rich people.

And I don't know what your last sentence is supposed to imply, but just because someone values a domain, does not mean they must have interest in buying it :wave:
If such were the case, if anything, they'd value it low to try and get a deal.

At the moment reemisland dot com is the official site for reem island. So you (actually I) would think that the same name with hyphen would be worth something.

It's like saying new-york dot com wouldn't be worth anything?

Reem Island will be very big in the future, so I really don't get why people are giving it such low appraisal.
