OK, if it doesn't bring a wry smile to your face you may need to draw the mental picture, heh.

I registered this one with a the idea of a ideology site.

Given the political passions of the day, somebody might want to push a political narrative. I can see a Cobert, Mark Levin, or any of a number of other political pundits and commentators using it to "educate" others on a rational argument for his/her ideology.

I am the original registrant in July of 2007 and never developed them.

A WWW search does not turn up much at all but the name has an obviously novel appeal.

I had thought of developing it myself to blog or otherwise spread my wealth if wisdom and philosophy. Statistically, some people will agree with me some of the time anyway.

Worth is zip to a reseller.

And to find an enduser that has cash to buy this domain?

Sorry, I meant to be upbeat and optimistic but not necessarily funny. I feel like the domain name may be funny and that is intended I suppose.

I apologize for snapping back and realize different social styles exist and I need to be less sensitive.

Back to business, what did you mean by "Continue renewing them for another 6 years."?

Are you meaning to be sarcastic (no offense taken if so) in that you feel I would be wasting my money or that somehow any domain might be worth more later. With changes in language I suppose there could come a trendy use of the term.

No problem either way, I am the outsider and just learning here. Any help is appreciated.

One perspective I had from my past is that I have known people with money and if they are amused they may spend far more than the middle income man if only for a joke. My rationale was that if the right person were amused, he could "sneeze" and more money fall from his pockets that I have ever had.

BTW, the term came from a self-proclaimed "curmudgeon" who was very intelligent and analytical yet did not get along with most people well. We got along quite well but that is a long story.

I am still curious as to whether anybody else has any thoughts on the domains.

What has been the general effect of such a novel name on prices and interest?

Again, my repentance and vow to improve.

It's true that radio hosts like Levin are abrasive on the radio, but to use a disgusting name like this in a political discussion? NOT going to happen..

For medical purposes the dot com may have some value.. $300-$500 to the right end user.

$0 for any other TLD.

If it was in my portfolio for 6 years and I didn't get at least 1 bite, I'd drop it in a heartbeat.

Do folks sell the triad, com, net, org in a package? I haven't noticed it before. Maybe use it as a bargaining tool, sell them separate and offer a "special" for all three.

I guess everybody has a passion.
I considered making a site to blog my personal opinions. Everybody seems to have those too. Sometimes people benefit. Who knows. At my age I am interested in youth learning some vital words and their true meanings like character, integrity, honor, responsibility, accountability. It seems society has come to a point where the number of sniveling noneoftheaboves would just as soon hit you in the head with a brick, steal all they can, and leave you to bleed out.

Anyway, the term is a cute euphemism that paints a graphic picture of what some in this country, and the world need.

I don't know. There are entities to which I would prefer not to sell to. I don't want to support their cause/agenda.

Maybe cute obfuscation sells... I wish I had more time to put into this. If I could afford to take a chance I might just blog...

I believe the phrase loosely translates as "taking ones head out of one's a**."

Unless someone makes this a viral catch phrase, I don't see it having much resale value - most people just won't "get" it and will shy away because it doesn't "sound" funny to them. Reg fees to xx. Develop it yourself and be outrageous. Good luck!.
