I have had this domain for a while I have not tried to sell it anywhere, it has nice clean history. And is in an awesome niche

I would like to dev it but am busy I will be entertaining offers in the 400-600 range if I offer it up on a domain market I would be asking 2.5k minimum. This domain will make a domainer money especially if it gets developed. If not, you will still make a decent profit from this to an end user. It is fully brandable!
