I have received an offer of 100USD for thestage.org from a non profit art org.

Do u think i shud go for it?

Well, the offer is more than fair, and you are unlikely to get a higher offer. Unless you are in love with the domain I would either take the offer, or counter slightly higher.

i think the offer is quite enough plus you're doing charity work cause its non profit org (if it's genuine) :D

I agree with bmugford. If you really think they would be prepared to pay higher counter with $150-$200 but I don't know - personally I would take that offer. Good luck.
