domain Received an offer & need help

I have the domain FlashyArcade.com and have recieved an offer for $400 for it. I purchased it a few weeks ago, is this a good offer? would you accept?

you can always push for 30% to 40% higher... I had an offer this morning for $200 and I pushed back to $350 ..guess what - it got accepted..

i'm not saying FlashyArcade.com is worth more than $400 in fact if it were me i'd take the money and run..

Bought it for reg fee a few weeks ago I think i'll let this one pass, I can develop it and in a couple months get double, if not triple that price.

I would take it. It's a good price for that name. I agree you can counter a little higher, but not too much. You risk losing their interest and they could always go register another "arcade" name.

lol, he's stubborn, I decided to take it.. I'll be able to develop and resell plenty more arcades, and essentially this is just free money.
