Read More.Way.co salvaged its hospitality-focused domain, RealtimeReservations.com, by proving that the term is generic. The company is using it as a URL forward to the Way.co web site. The domain was chased into the UDRP process by RealTime Reservation LLC that asserted rights in the REALTIME RESERVATION mark. The Forum panelist agreed with the Respondent:
