domain Realitors.info High PPC bids, good OVT Any ideas?

I regged realitors.info awhile back (the day it dropped). it's taken in every major ext except .biz (if anyone picks up realitors.biz please donate some $np to me!) which tells me that it's a sought-after term. The numbers for it:

hard to say....

the funny thing about estibot is that i have been lucky to get ten percent of its values...

but- this domain has some unique qualities....

the correct term is "realtor" pronounced as it looks (no i sound in the middle)

but MANY people mispronounce it as real i tor. that said- it could be a great domain utilizing virtual host for local areas / marketed towards first time buyers...

ie, sandiego.realitors.info

so i think that if you can get estibot value on the resale market that is pretty good, but there is probably going to be an enduser/developer that would pay even more.. worth a shot on ebay or promoting on sedo...
