Excellent. A real estate pro will pay a good amount for a name like this. I wouldn't sell for less than a high $xxx. If you can wait for the right buyer (months, maybe a year or two), I could see this selling for low to mid $x,xxx. Good luck!

I tend to agree with this.

I don't think the name is worth more than low $$$ at the moment. Saying that it's not really bad and it's memorable even though we could argue about the use of '24'.
I believe it's best to keep this one and wait until .us becomes more fashionable. Time is on your side
