What do you think the website RealEstate.NET is worth, it has a good PR, in a number of search engines. Is paying for it's dedicated hosting itself and is currently in beta testing with a full commercial release shortly.
Great name, custom website management software built over 12+ months, with logo and trademarks.

I would say that the state of development is still not really significant, however, as such you are looking at a dn value well into the $ xx,xxx range.
