domain Reaim.com Established Site Appraisal Please

I'm the owner of Reaim, a website which is used to host AIM profiles with photos, etc. The website currently has 11,725 registered (and verified) users. The site gets about 26,000 unique visits per month. Would someone be able to give me an estimate of this site's value? I'm a college student and just don't have time to maintain the site right now, so I'd like to try to sell it soon.
