RE: "Moniker Diputed Names" on WestVirginiaFlyFishing,com?

I ran across this domain that says it is owned by "Moniker Disputed Domains", which has the same Whois address as Moniker - so it apparently is them.

I checked USPTO.GOV just on the off-chance that someone managed to push a generic through the PTO to get a trademark. No trademark.

I've never heard of any generic domain like this being disputed. Anyone have any idea?

Nothing in NAF or WIPO, so scratch those out.

Alleged theft, billing dispute, lovers quarrel, only Moniker knows.
