I made my first banner:

Very good. The only thing I would recommend is rounding the edges a bit and making the background on those transparent so it picks up the background color. Maybe add a little shine, if not that is cool too, and your money! Great work!

I would probly make it a lil' shinier but to fit the color theme it looks great.

yes i really do like it, the colors do really meld with each other ,but it does have what i like to call the mind-beep look. Meaning that when i look at it and watch it all the way through and when ever and(sadly but generally obvious) screen changes happen i just here this beep not a real one but like a pretend one. liek while your not reading a book out loud. This is easily avoided by including more information on on slide and shortening the amount of screen changes. In your case you have 6 mind-beeps. Which mainly reside where the pointer touches. Yours i really like but in order to smooth out the mind beeps i would just increase the rate at which the pointer moves from each individual tab. ----the preceding was longer than it needed to be in order too explain what a mind beep is.---
