There are a LOT of rap dot.com names for sale so it's a hard call, based entirely on someone trolling by who sees it and thinks it's perfect for their sitename. I have a few myself, and only one of them (RapJet.com) seems to get any natural interest, and even then not much. Which is why some even minimal development will help your selling price go up - get some traffic coming in, because people sussing the net for serious rap stuff click on ppc like crazy - mostly on links for free downloads and info on latest stars, of course.
You have to approach a lot of end users before finding one who would think your (or my) rap names are perfect and would be willing to pay any decent coin for them, so it's basically a lottery ticket.
It is a catchy name and rap is hot, so as a dn with no site I'd appraise some small value to resellers who might have a lead on what to do with it, maybe in the med or high xx area, very low xxx if they really like it.
With an interested end user, of course, you could negotiate substantially higher but I'd still say, since there are so many such names available, the 'sweet spot' - where you're happy with getting some cash, and the price isn't so high that it steers the end user into looking for an available name that's cheaper - might be low xxx, med xxx at most.
Above appraisals higher when there's a little development.
In my most humbumbled opinion.
