Ok i own www.motorwaymap.com and ive had a little intrest in it, Ive got a offer on Sedo at the moment of $300. Please help me out with a value of the domain or do you feel with time this .com could be worth alot more

If so, the traffic alone makes it far more valuable than $300. But beyond that, the domain is good enough itself to justify a better price. I would consider a counteroffer of $2000-2500 and settling for $1k range. If traffic is good like it shows, then you may even double these numbers or more.

8k visitors a month, may earn you $80/mo for instance. Considering that names are selling for between 3-6 years revenue, that name is worth a minimum of $2880.

On a related note regarding income, I think the PPC ads its showing for you are poorly targeted. Motorway Maps is a term that sounds very foreign to Americans, yet the most visible ads on your parking page are for US state maps.

Well if those stats are accurate I would try to sell it here at namepros.

But I can't understand this. 2 months ago the domain had 53 visitors per month and zero bids. Now it has 14 bids and 8K visitors per month. Some cached pages show 14K visitors per month. On dnuk.co.uk you have received an offer of 25K Pound Sterling.

I think you'll have to take a good look at your emails...

If the traffic is all ***real***, that is not the result of advertising/promotion, I would say to hold out for more. If you've been promoting like crazy and advertising (sounds like this may be a possibility from the month-to-month jump in visitors), take the money and run!
