Just wondering...is rapidshare.de illigal hosting site? cuz it is used for alot of illligal file hosting, is it okay if i use it?

No it is not. If their allowing illegal files to be hosted then you should not get caught up in that if the Feds get involved. Last thing you need or want is major legal trouble with the feds.

Yes however legally if you host illegal files on their server, it is their responsiblity and no matter what they say in their TOS, you could get away with it. Is it against the law? Yes. Is it the right thing to do? No. Will you get caught? No.

I dont think they ALLOW it but alot of pplz do upload it! i know alot of pplz who use it daily to upload and share music files, warez programs, cracks and other illigal materials

Well it's not intended for illegal file sharing from what I know, I guess it also depends on what the users (uploaders) share on that site. But generally, no it's not an illegal file hosting site, it's just the uploaders that upload that kind of content.

They have cleaned up there server alot these past months

Probably because they were using soo much space for the illegal content
