Hi all,

I'd appreciate any feedback on this domain. I've had the domain for almost 10 years, but lately it has been suffering from some benign neglect and would be willing to part with it (for the right price, of course!)

It's PR4 with decent back catalog of inbound links (it maxed out at PR6 back in the day). I've attached a list of google keywords where it places high (lots of first page placement for possibly intriguing, yet seemingly random terms --> some are mildly work inappropriate, hence the attachment but it's NOT an adult site, just really random/bizarre :D

Looking for the value of the domain only, not the content.

the domain by itself would not be worth much more than regfee in my opinion. However the domain
lends itself to being very brandable with the right website so that would certainly push it into the $xx
or low $xxx. Being PR4 with good backlinks (don't have time to check) i would say places it in the high
$xx undeveloped and low $xxx developed. Hope that helps
