Once you sign in using OAuth (no password required), click "Follow Tweeps" to follow up to 25 random people and have up to 25 follow you back.
You can use the service as much as you want to follow and gain random followers.
The idea behind it is to build a better network by discovering new and interesting people. So far about 2000 connections have been made.[/FONT]
