I get the Black Friday specials (racknerd.com/blackFriday/) and pay under $11/yr for a single core (vcore? not sure, it seems pretty fast.) with 768MB of RAM. I have one server running my landing page script, and I'm setting up a DNS/BIND server on that server as well, and a second server (for redundancy). I e-mailed support and asked to move my server to another region and received a reply in 3 minutes asking me which of several regions I would like to move it to. Great pricing, great support, and multiple regions. Hard to beat that.
EDIT: Apparently it normally costs $5 to move the server to another region, but they waive this fee the first time. Great deal though.
