I reg'd this domain 10/02/2017 after hearing actor Will Smith say it. I also own the following .com domains that I would appreciate an appraisal for;

Bullsh*tHappens.com - Think the Movie Forrest Gump....made famous, "Sh*t Happens"
FakeNewHappens.com - It's Everywhere...It's Everywhere

Would appreciate an appraisal.today. Thanks in advance.

If somehow the hashtag #rasismisrare started trending you might would have some value there, but I personally don't foresee this coming in the current political/societal environment...

Otherwise - I'd appraise these at reg-fee.

I'll leave you with a question... How much would you pay for one of those domains and how could you earn your money back with a website on one of those domains?

If the answer isn't easy, then the value is generally $0.. But don't feel alone - most of us have purchased domains at one time or another that we realized this about later.

Michael...thanks for your input. To give you an example of what might be able to be done with a domain I own BullCrapHappens, see the image attached. An artist that works for me on consignment/commission did this, and while I haven't had the time, this and a rendering for FakeNewsHappens could be on a tee shirt, or better yet be sold to the likes of CNN or Fox. Both are pretty funny, and funny sells
