It's a '3', not an 'E'. Nabbed it both as a typo (the 3 is hit by the same typing finger, above the e) and as an interesting number-for-letter substitution.

Don't know about traffic yet so you can't appraise for that; any comments as a number-sub, for value?

And does anyone see any legal problem with it? I stayed away from r3altor as realtor is a TM (and now I see it's taken, with the '3', as I check).

It's my first number-sub reg and I don't know anything about their value/use/sales, so comments would be helpful.

I have bl0gger.com and l0ttery.com, they are all num 0 replacing letter o.

Received offers and traffic, got parking revenue too though not much.

IMO, unless it does make sense like gam3r, bl0gger or strong leet speaking e.g. n00b, hax0r, there is no resell value.

If you have got typo traffic and clicks, then it would be easy to appraise its value , so keep its status updated here.
