I'm looking to find someone that can program something like this, or point me in the right direction.

Basic functionality:

Basically - just like www.cmsmatrix.com, just better looking.

Also needed, a backend that lets me add new products quickly and the opportunity for owner of the products to fill out their own lists and submit products "on the fly", which will have to be approved by the admin before they're visible on the frontend.
