[Quote Needed] Large Project (PHP)

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a some quotes for a rather large PHP project. I need a website similar to ItsAGoal.com, a web based soccer management game. It doesnt need to be as feature rich (Im willing to drop a few of the less important features on the site - things i dont think are really needed).

The site will give you a general idea of the scale of the project and I'd like some initial quotes based on that and then I'd be happy to discuss it further with the best candidate.

All replies in PM please and some examples of your work will also be necessary.
