Have no idea on .com sale. Site does not resolve to any page. Does seem to have decent Google broad and exact monthly search. The word means "an external angle of a wall or building." As a rule of thumb, You really can't go off the .com sale for an obscure word/name name like this. Who knows what the sale was about. Domainers always get in trouble going off the .com sale and assuming it would have big value in any other extension. Domain is registered to a Germany address. Maybe contact them and offer it at a reasonable price. I am probably missing something but Good luck with the name.
