The reason why the word "white"(when used as an adjective) is normally considered racist is because in a country in which whites are the dominant group(with regard to political and financial prowess) it is almost an oxymoron to use the word "white" with words such as beautiful, successful, rich and productive. Why? Because the word white is automatically associated with those types of positive images in those respective countries.
Do you actually think most blacks would see "Black and Rich" as a negative? Who would get offended by associating the two words together? If I had said blackandpoor.com I would understand where you are coming from, but I didn't.
