Quick Poll - How long would you stay?

I need your help with a design I'm working on. Please answer this quick poll and feel free to add anything below.

Question: How long would you be willing to stay at a site that had just one ad displayed (ad can be an image or a video).

(in other words, how long would you be willing to wait until an ad rotated if you were interested in seeing what ad would be displayed next?)

LOL, that's what I'm afraid of. I'm still trying to think of ways to keep people's attention. What if the ads or videos themselves were entertaining, and after a set amount of time you could refresh the page to get a new one?

That might work especially if there was a queue of them visible, then the punter could choose the advert they were interested in?
