vBulletin Help, please!

Hey,

I need to know some things real quick about vBulletin.

1) Is there a mod/addon that allows you to charge, say, $10 for registration? (via PP preferably)

2) Can the registration form be edited if need be?

3) Does it have a) gallery, b) classifieds, and c) banner rotator/management plugins?

How easy would it be to add an ad server, or any of these plugins? Are they compatable with the latest version of vB?
