I just want to keep the design simple so I didn't do all that much to change up the basic phpBB template. What do you guys think? (I'm more concerned with functionality and ease of reading than overall looks.)

For the reasons I outlined above. It does have several customizations with the colors and I want to make sure that they are generally easy on the eyes and that the logo looks ok.

Looks good. Well structured, and organized (as expected from phpBB) and the color changes don't interfere with the site. Good job.
