I read about this site in the posts here, and signed up with them as a vender to try out. I'm a little confused about how the site works. Do I need seperate sales pages for paydotcom :?

Any advice would be much appreciated

Yes you need to make sale pages for the products you are going to sell and then just hook in the paypal or stormpay payment code they supply you from within your account,

Works very much like clickbank but with way more options for sellers

I recommend you use them for sure.
