Cant really see this getting any traffic unless developed, would stuggle to put a price on it sorry.

The search terms 'questionnaire design' and 'questionnaire template' did receive 1,600 exact google UK searches and could be developed for UK students in mind who are writing their dissertations where part of this is to design a questionnaire for their primary research. Could be monetised through Google Ads or relevant affiliate ads.

yes, I agree if its developed and gets traffic then it would hold some value, adsense is a great way to moneise.

Do you think it would be worth contacting UK market research companies and asking whether they would be interested in the domain or are they unlikely to be interested?

cant really see them being interested at this stage, try noomle.com its free to minisite develop program easy to use and helps get your site ranked and earn revenue.

once you have traffic its going to be easier to sell.

Thanks for the suggestions. Currently working on some affiliate sites at the moment so I'll probably develop them in the future.
