Question regarding: A-C-X

I just regged a-c-x.com and checked with the USPTO for TMs regarding a-c-x, there are non existing.
However, acx (no hyphens) shows a total of 19 different TMs with 4 being live. How would my domain be affected by this?
I'm not sure if i need to watch my usage of the domain when the TMs that are existing are not exactly reflecting the spelling of my DN.

Any insight into this?

That's just the thing. ACX.com forwards to a different site. Every other search result that's generated by A-C-X leads to a variety of different branches.

Domain is parked right now, with development in mind, but since i regged it tonight, i'm not quite that fast. Development can be anything from American College Exchange to Australian Currency Exchange....and my more possible applications of which i can't see any similarities.
The similarity question is a clear case, however, i'm wondering about Trademarks that are labeled with ACX not A-C-X ..how does accuracy of spelling come into play when my domain is clearly different than any applicable TM? I understand the concept of typos, where similarities can be a problem, does this apply to a domain with two hyphens as well? One can safely assume that no user would type-in 2 hyphens by coincidence, i'd think anyways. However, i happily stand corrected if i'm misinterpreting the situation.

Does it show ads of competing products of those TMs?

Not at this time. Sedo has put Marine type links on it, i haven't found a Marine related TM on USPTO.
