Question on Overture Domain

I'm looking for domains and I've stumbled on one that is school related has 2.6k overture but is kind of lengthy. It's two words but a total of 20 letters. I know it's hard to tell me whether it can sell or not, but does anyone have an ysuggestions on whether to buy such names? I didn't post it in appraisals because I haven't put the name.

After speaking privately with 1rrr1 I decided not to. He believed unless the name would be developed it would not make much money. p1on if you want to give me your opinion on the name, I'd be happy to hear it and just PM me.
