Question on Buying and Selling Marketplace

I was looking for more information on Buying and Selling marketplace, particularly in the "Web Design" section.

I want to be 100% clear on Forum rules before I do anything. Could someone please let me know what is required to post there?

For example, some forums require you become a Gold member to post in their marketplace. Others have you pay for your own thread, like $20 or so. I've been looking around on the site to find this info but have not had much luck.

Thought you should follow the section rules and site rules while posting.

Rules are on a announcement at the top of the forum section.
