Question about the little stars?

I have been here for a while and never realy noticed the little stars at the bottom of everyones username.

What are these for ,do you buy them or do you get them for all the post etc..

Also what is the little flower for i have 30 points but how exactly do i get/give these.(what are the rules)

Any know where on np i could read about these please.

Also, the "flower" you are talking about, I believe is a Charity Ribbon. For 400 NP $ you can purchase one in the store, and then all the NP $ will be sold, and the money given to charity. Hope this helped,
