I'm looking to set up a few Adsense oriented content sites (some articles from directories, additional original pages). Concept similar to the prebuilt niche Adsense sites on sale but using own content.
Most of the pre-built ones are on a template + php but no SQL. Looking for something similar where the template can be modified. Are there any free templates / blank sites available which can be used for this?
Or if I have to get a custom template, what would be a reasonable amount?
NOT ASKING FOR OFFERS. Only estimate from others who may have paid for similar services.
