Question about Sedo traffic stats

I need to verify what percentage of a domain's traffic is type-in/direct versus referral or search. The seller has parked this domain with Sedo and is unwilling to let me "test drive" it. I know Sedo provides detailed stats on referral traffic, but is there a way to find out the number of direct visitors?

Host the domain yourself for a while and you'll have the raw webserver log.
