ok, for the search bar do we have to leave the google logo there?like i dont want to have the google logo beside the search box on my site, cuz then it will make people not want to search on it, as some will know that i will get money from it.is this legit or is it not allowed?

TOS says no modifying the code (All of it), so the short answer is "Yes, you have to leave it there".

Longer answer: Google doesn't seem to be enforcing this.
