Question about Resell Rights

I've seen a lot of scripts and software being occasionally sold with resell rights (obviously at a higher price). My question is whether by purchasing resell rights I enter into an agreement not to resell this software below a certain fixed value - or if I normally have completely freedom to sell it at whatever price I like.
