Master Resell Rights?

I suppose this is a newbie question. I don't know whether this is the place to have it answered. . .

So, when a person buys a script with "master resell rights," that means the person has the license to modify/improve, market, and resell the script, right?
Or even just sell the script on another forum, right?

Yes, I'm aware that buying a script and then selling it to everyone on the same forum for half-price isn't the nicest thing to do. That's not the idea here.

the answer is YES to all the above. you can do what you please with it.

Yes all above and with MASTER resell rights, you even have to the right to sell the script with rights for the buyer to resell the script further.

The distribution and selling rights:
Master reseller -> Reseller -> End user
Reseller -> End user
End user -> NO ONE (only use for yourself)
