Another iframe question

hi,
i'm trying to design a web shop for a friends record label. i like tables for layout, but theres so much content, which could all be changed or added to, that i thought frames would be a good idea. but in trying to use inline frames inside a table, i cant get them to fill a cell, even using the height and width tags. they just show up as a little square inside the cell. any ideas where i'm going wrong.

i can always use frames for the whole thing, it was just a thought.

Use a php include, so you don't see the extending page
