Question about IDN .com - Chinese

When I was living in China, I had a nice time figuring out how to rent an apartment.

There are two ways to find one.

Ask someone and get this response:
山租房.com (xn--rhty8kn8w.com)

This is used primarily for talking (could be slang)


See one in print and see this:
租公寓.com (xn--55q86wjly.com)

This is used when written down for consumption - like a for rent sign.

Both mean the same thing - Rent Apartment

Which one would you develop?

or are they better off sold?

It's not correct - 山租房 - not a meaningful term actually

I think it should be 想租房

Not sure about 想租房. It's more like typing I want to rent, while that would be good in English, Chinese (Mandarin) thinking would'nt go that route.

What do you think?

you are all right.山租房 should be 想租房,also should be typing I want to rent.but nobody could rent a room with 山租房
