Question about GoDaddy

I'm a little confused on GD's rules regarding changing a domain's owner, and transfering the domain. Does the no transfering during first 60 days rule just apply to transfering to a different registrar, or does this also prevent changing ownerships (pushing) a domain to another GoDaddy member?

To make it a bit easier to understand, if I just registered a domain at GD a week ago, would I be allowed to push it to someone else (who would be keeping the name at GD)? Or must I wait 60 days? Thanks.

Correct. The 60 day rule is an industry standard. No way of getting around it.

When you do push it to another account at godaddy, the 60 day period starts over for the new owner.

I do not believe this is true.
