Question about Domains by Proxy

If you purchase the private registration of some domains from godaddy, which is their service called "Domains by proxy", is there any way that anyone can find out the registration info, such as ur name...email...etc

is it really secured?

Do you mean Whois protection?
if you mean whois protection, this is so the public can not view your details and any emails may be forwarded to you, only the register can view it.
