If someone who knows about this can clear up a question:
I have a name (the LL.org in my siggy) that I wanna put up for the auction. Trouble is, the name has a website on it currently (the previous owner's) and it won't be down by the time of the auction.
Is that an issue? When the auction finishes, the domain shouldn't have any website, but as of now, it does.

Any advice appreciated

I don't see a problem with it. Your selling the domain name, not the web site.

As long as everybody knows the terms (full disclosure) there should be no problem. I had two names with a large email user population xx,xxx that I wanted to offer for monetization to the new owner. So even weird conditional auction terms like that were allowed at TRAFFIC (buy domain, if you don't want email users for income, then delay escrow by 30 days).

otoh, the name No.org is incredible. I might be more inclined to hold out for Traffic. Something that good they might even make an exception for late filing. In some of the recent threads on Moniker auctions, there were a number of domains listed for auction that were registered after the auction submission deadline, so there is always hope... and with no.org there should be a *lot* of hope.
