question Question about contacting end user

When you check whois about some domain and see that registrant email is: hostmaster@*****.com or dnsadmin@******.com or dns@******.com or admin@******.com or domains@*******.com, do you email these emails? I didnt get response from domains like that. Does anybody have experience with something like this?

The IT guys are probably the wrong people to deal with. You should instead reach out to marketing dept or a decision maker

But what if the page has only customer care contact or no contact us how to reach decision maker?

Then study the company especially through LinkedIn...If the company is not there then give up but at least aim for customer service or the Hr departement....!
