The domain used to be a Chinese Youth site, - QingNian United(QingNian = Youth)

But it can have a number of other uses:
Quiet, No User Name - Proxy
Questions Unanswered - Mystery
Cute Names Unregged - Domaining
Kill Nun - !@#$

I think developing is the only way for this name at the moment. In the future, of course, as the 4LLLL become more rare, value goes up somewhat.
It does have strong points in that there's a proper word in there (nun), but the q hurts it, as does the fact that when people see the word 'nun' they don't immediately think of making money, ha.

I do like this LLLL a lot. It has some quirky development possibilities, and it sounds quite neat to say out loud, even reads nicely. No clear normal use comes to mind, but I'll spin ideas for a moment:
Queer NUN - about homosexuality in the clergy? An adult fetish site?
Queen NUN - same, or about political hierarchy in the nunnery?
Quotient None - a mixed up tech name; could be anything for mathematics?
Question None - I think this is somehow the strongest; don't know what for, but the 'q' as 'question' seems to set up some interesting ideas with the 'none' after it.

Because it looks and sounds neat, and can have some quirky meanings, and contains a real word within a LLLL, definitely above reg fee IMO; somewhere mid or hi xx; more if someone sees an immediate use for it. But I do think it's an ideal name to develop into something quirky.

Id say it would be around $20 undeveloped,, but if you developed it sounds quite brandable and is pronouncable as seperate words, I.e Q-nun

The "Q" really hurts if you are looking just for a LLLL.com. However, QNUN could be developed and could be a catchy domain name. Could be a minisite for Questions about nuns? Not sure what else you could do with it, but you are looking at $15-30 for the domain as is (without development).

Even with "nun" in it, I don't see this as a very high-quality LLLL.com. I would say $30 or less. Possibility more if you wait longer or if an end user likes the acronym for something, but within the year of reg, $30 or less. Good luck.
