Personally I prefer ProjectWebMaster.com as a singular. Your version depicts that it is just one 'WebMaster' and one 'Project' whereas 'ProjectWebMaster' portrays a broader image.

Unfortunately this one also appears under construction, http://projectwebmaster.com/

I may be wrong, prehaps it does have value undeveloped but whatever you do with it, I wish you Good Luck.
