I am a Reiki 2 and have had enormous benefit from being able to do Reiki (energy channelling) on myself over the last ten years which has helped me to cope with stress and other significant health problems during that time.

I would highly recommend learning about it or experiencing a Reiki session from a qualified practitioner even if you are in perfect health, just to experience the tremendous relaxation!
