I bought it for development reasons. I just cant get started right now. I doubt keeping it as a parking page is any value since Python devs would probably be the last people on earth to click on parking pages, but does the name have any value?

It does have some development potential, but I'm not sure it would be worth much undeveloped, maybe mid $xx to high $xx if you find a motivated buyer.

The best thing would be to develop it, maybe a Python developers forum...

Great domain if you develop it. Python continues to get popular and you could make a really successful site from it.
