I don't know about medical meaning, but from Google, MDHE seems to stand for
Missouri Department of Higher Education

I doubt it. Just don't use the name for a similar purpose and you should be fine.
I get Medical Doctor... or Medical Dictionary...but then I get stuck on the last two letters...
